Since our inception in 2014, under the guidance of the Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT), AIJGF has evolved from a shared vision into India’s largest national umbrella body for jewellers and goldsmiths. Today, we stand not just as an organization, but as a unified family representing the aspirations, sweat, and historic craftsmanship of thousands of traders, manufacturers, retailers, and traditional karigars across the length and breadth of our nation.
Our industry is the glittering crown of India’s economy and cultural heritage. However, the path of growth is often accompanied by complex challenges. From navigating evolving government regulations to protecting our community from unfair allegations and harassment, the need for a strong, fearless, and neutral voice has never been more critical.
AIJGF was built precisely to be that voice. As your National President, my core commitment remains unwavering: to protect your fundamental and legal rights, to ensure the “Ease of Doing Business,” and to wipe out unethical trade practices and corruption.
We are working tirelessly across multiple fronts to secure a prosperous future for all:
- Empowering MSMEs: We are bridges connecting micro-artisans and small-scale shopkeepers to vital financial benefits, such as Mudra Loans at lowest interest rates and specialized Ministry of MSME schemes.
- Modernizing Infrastructure: Our visionary project of establishing dedicated Jewellery Parks across Indian cities is fast becoming a reality, bringing structural and tax advantages to our trade.
- Global Competency: Through targeted workshops, skill-development institutes, and policy awareness programs, we are ensuring that traditional Indian craftsmanship gracefully marries modern technological advancements.
